ZUMBA

 

Zumba is the group exercise class that is a great cardio work out filled with lots of dancing. Using Latin and international rhythm, music and moves. Your certified Zumba instructor will definitely get you heart rate up! This class is good for weight loss, endurance and most importantly FUN! You do not have to be a dancer to get the benefits of this class. Just follow the instructor and keep moving. “Ditch the workout, join the party!”
